New Boughton Ad Addresses “My Comeback Story”

The Danbury mayor and party-endorsed candidate for governor is up with his first television ad.

Mayor Mark Boughton (R-Danbury), the Republican Party-endorsed candidate for governor of Connecticut, made public this week his first television ad for his gubernatorial campaign.

Titled, “Comeback,” it addresses Boughton’s health scare, and his personal “comeback story.”

Boughton draws a direct line from that health scare – a large mass on his brain – to the “comeback story” he wants Connecticut to have.

Boughton is in a five-way Republican primary for governor, with former First Selectman Tim Herbst (R-Trumbull), and businessmen Steve Obsitnik, Bob Stefanowski, and David Stemerman.
